Yoga At Bloom PAC and Friends Event


Need a reset? Join us for a 30-minute "Feel Good Flow" designed to break up your day and bring energy back into the body. We will start with gentle warm-ups to wake up the spine, move into a steady series of sun salutations to increase blood flow, and conclude with deep stretching to release tension in the shoulders and hips.
