For expanding love to self and others. Take a breath and repeat each part three times.

Direct loving kindness towards self

May I be happy, may I be healthy, may I live my life with ease

Bring to mind someone you love deeply or deeply cares for you

May you be happy, may you be healthy, may you live your life with ease

Bring to mind someone you do not know very much a neutral person

May you be happy, may you be healthy, may you live your life with ease

Bring to mind someone you may have difficulty with

May you be happy, may you be healthy, may you live your life with ease

For all sentient beings

May you be happy, may you be healthy, may you live your life with ease
